"Being a client of Joe Yi's its easy to get used to good customer service. Though recently I had my truck stolen and needed to use my insurance. Their team really came through for me. From the initial filing, finding me a rental car and capping it off with follow-ups to make sure my coverage wasn't impacted. I couldn't be happier with the team at Joe Yi and State Farm. Would recommend."

"I’ve been with Joey for a very long time now I want to say well over a decade and a half but I’m not sure exactly. But each time I’ve called the office or needed some thing his staff would first attempt to resolve my question or issue if not, Joey was right on top of it For instants right now I am addressing issues with lowering some of my coverage and looking at an umbrella policy and I’ve received information and feedback from his staff, as well as from Joey three different times now, and I feel is providing me with the proper information to make an educated decision of what to do , and as we speak, we are in communication about this right now so you can’t go wrong if you go and join STATE FARM there with with Joey Yi."
