"After 8 years being with Statefarm there was a period of time due to rate inflation I had left Statefarm and during that time Joe Yi and his team continued to follow up with me and maintained the client relationship while actively reviewing terms and such that best suited me and after a year I’ve returned back to Statefarm with a new policy in place and way better rates. Jozette has always been so helpful and kind and I’m truly appreciative for the level of professionalism and human centered approach the team leads with and I still feel like family. I will always choose Joy Yi."
