"I’ve been calling in the past week and a half to inquire about a Certificate of Insurance to help my mom out with her business policy she has at this office. I was told I was being transferred to the agents sister since she was unfamiliar with the document I needed. After that, I gave all the necessary information needed on the Certificate of Insurance, and have yet to receive it. Every time I call in about an update, I get told I’ll receive it within a couple of minutes and never do. After many attempts to catch the persons name, the subject changes so I’m not really sure who I speak to. I am very disappointed with the service in this office. I checked to see who I spoke with last time since I had great service with the last rep. She was able to get it done within 25 minutes of my first time calling. My mother and I will definitely be looking into a new insurance agency. If I were able yo give zero stars I definitely would."
